Fundamental Concepts Biology | Duke University

In 2020, I created and produced Fundamental Concepts, a 16-part educational video series developed in partnership with YouTube Learning. The series features Duke engineering professors explaining foundational ideas in their fields through short, visually engaging lessons designed for general audiences.

Working closely with faculty, I helped translate complex engineering concepts into clear, compelling explanations and guided the structure of each video to make challenging material approachable. I also collaborated with an animator and illustrator to develop the series’ visual style, creating a cohesive brand guide and animation approach that supported the educational storytelling.

The series launched on the front page of YouTube Learning in October 2020 and has since been viewed more than 90,000 times.
